Music is very important to us at Christ Church, and we offer a variety of musical events to our parish and to the wider community. On this page you will see listings for a wide range of musical offerings, including Choral Evensong services, concerts sung by the Christ Church Choir, and collaborative events involving combined choirs, instruments, dance, and drama.

Sunday January 6:7:00pm - Habitat for Humanity Benefit Concert. Regional Choirs sing to raise money for Newburgh-area “Episcobuild” Habitat housing program. Donations accepted. A reception follows the concert.

Sunday, January 27: 5:00pm - Annual Christian Unity Service – Area Choirs sing anthems and hymns. A reception follows the service. Free and open to all.

Friday, February 22: 7:30pm - The Well-Traveled Saxophone Lois Hicks-Wozniak, saxophone. Suggested donation: $12 at the door; students free with ID.

Friday, March 8: 7:30pm – Sqwonk Bass Clarinet Duo - "Deep resonances to raucous wails" www.Sqwonk.com for more info. Suggested donation: $12 at the door; students free with ID.

Sunday March 24: 7:30pm Palm Sunday Concert: Fauré Requiem. Suggested donation $15 at the door.

Sunday March 31: 10am – Easter Eucharist service. Festive organ music, choral anthems, and Easter hymns. Free and open to all.
